KTP Ganda 1994

Surat Keterangan Made Jati "Belum Pernah Kawin" tahun 1992. Dia laporkan diri Belum Kawin, domisili di Tabanan, tujuan "Meguruskan setifikat tanah." Tanah adalah yang kemudian dijadikan Kori Restaurant di Kuta, yang dia mengatakan adalah hibah dari bapaknya kepada anaknya yang belum kawin.

Made Jati laporkan diri tahun 1994. Dia mengatakan diri Kawin, lahir di Denpasar, domisili di Gianyar."

KTP ini yang menyatakan Made Jati BELUM KAWIN diajukan oleh Made Jati sebagai bukti mengisi syarat pada Akta Perkawinan di Kantor Catatan Sipil 1996.

KTP ini dikeluarkan tanggal 1 September 1994. Made Jati dan Michael berangkat dari Bali ke Singapore tanggal 3 September 1994, dan anak kedua, Brenden Surya Donnelly, dilahirkan 13 hari kemudian pada 17 September 1994 di Singapore.

Kenapa Made Jati ke Grok Gak Gede dengan perut besar baru 3 bulan setelah melaksanakan upacara perkawinan Adat Bali dan Agama Hindu, yang katanya disaksikan oleh Bendesa Adat Grok Gak Gede, untuk dapat KTP BELUM KAWIN di Grok Gak Gede beberapa hari sebelum kelahiran anak kedua? Dia sudah punya KTP dari rumah suami istri di Sanur yang menyatakan KAWIN.

Kesimpulan - dia ada rencana pakai KTP ini kemudian hari untuk buktikan bahwa dia BELUM KAWIN waktu anaknya dilahirkan supaya Michael tidak ada hak bapak. Dia mau pastikan keadaan KTP ini sebelum kelahiran anaknya karena harapkan buktinya lebih kuat begitu.

Michael Donnelly laporan diri 1995, dilaporkan / disiapkan oleh Made Jati, sepertinya semua dokumen keluarga di Bali. Double Identity Documents

As far as a marriage ceremony in Kuta, the 1996 ceremony was in Sanur, never in Kuta, so even the false marriage event was also false. Documents that Made attached to the Accusation said the ceremony was registered in Tabanan. And at the time, I was stunned.

In California after our marriage Made signed herself 'Made Donnelly' on all documents. Our bank account together used Michael and Made Donnelly, we bought our house as Michael and Made Donnelly, and she signed Sean's birth certificate as Made Donnelly.

When we moved to Bali she began signing as 'Made Jati' because it is the custom in Indonesia to keep your name, and it certainly made no difference to me.

But in Tabanan Made began to compile many documents that claimed that her name was Ni Made Jati and that she was single, had never been married, and that she lived in Tabanan.

Even in 1986 while we were living in California, she obtained a Surat Keterangan in Tabanan that claimed she lived in Tabanan and that she was never married. She use this Surat Keterangan to incorporate Uluwatu as P.T. Uluwatu in 1986, although the false claims in this Surat Keterangan by law meant the corporation was founded on false information.

At other times and in other documents Made claimed to be never married and living in Gianyar, or in Tabanan, in Kuta, or in Sanur.

I did not know about her double identity or her false documents. As a foreign citizen I did not speak Indonesian well in the early years, and I trusted my wife to make all government arrangements for the family, as would most husbands. I signed documents as she or her family put them before me, trusting their explanations even if I could not read them.

Yet there were also other times, maybe when Made was afraid I might see the documents, that she filled them out truthfully enough. For example, Made arranged a Surat Tanda Laporan Diri (Residence Report) in Sanur for me in 1995, after both Sean and Brenden were born, and in that document she stated correctly that I was married according to the California Marriage Certificate of 1985 in California, and also that she was married and living with me in Sanur—although she apparently couldn't resist lying about something because she claimed to be born in Tababan rather than her actual birthplace of Kuta.

It became clear that before Made met the ‘W’ of FTW Law Office—Ida Bagus Wikantara ('Ida Bagus' is a Brahman caste name)—she was satisfied enough with the Singapore agreement, but there was another possibility. She was already prepared to commit fraud if she could. She had spent many years preparing many false documents, and she showed them to Wikantara. He saw gold.

There was reportedly some argument at the FTW Law Office about ethics; a small bending of ethics is normal, but Wikantara was proposing something massive. The other two lawyers wanted nothing to do with it. Wikantara followed Made back home—where Wayan Dharma overheard them— to tell her he would take the case, she could get everything including the children and all assets.

Wikantara soon left FTW to start his own office focusing on the Ni Made Jati case.
